I am at retirement age and I discussed options with many of my friends and neighbors who had planned their wills and trusts. I looked at different law groups including attending a Crider Law Group free seminar. I generally believed lawyers who advertise can't be that good but Matthew Crider's absolutely no pressure informative approach appealed to me. When my mother died, she used a well known law firm so I knew what to expect. Crider Law Group was very comparable. Matthew's rates are reasonable no matter how big or in my case, small your estate is. I was able to take my time and ask any and as many questions as I needed. Their nonjudgmental friendly approach made the legal decisions alot easier to make. It relieved alot of my anxiety, especially around my healthcare wishes and my pets. I highly recommend them.
Matthew Crider was a pleasure to work with. He and his staff handled our trust with the utmost professionalism and kept us updated at all times. I would highly recommend Matthew and Crider Law Group.
My husband and I attended a dinner seminar at Season's Restaurant that Matthew books in a private dining area at the restaurant. Not only was the dinner great, but the seminar itself was very informative and Matthew made it really easy for us to follow along as he explained the procedures of how to create a trust. We still had a few questions for Matthew so he invited us to dinner again (at Season's) so we could fully understand how he would prepare a trust for us. After attending the second seminar (and yes, another delicious dinner) my husband and I realized that Matthew Crider was the attorney that we wanted to prepare our trust for us. The overall process was relatively simple -- Matthew met with us in his Davis office, explained the process of the paperwork he would need, how we could obtain it and what the fee would be to prepare our trust. Any time we had a question or problem, either Matthew or someone from his office was available to answer our questions. I really liked the finished project; everything neatly contained within a binder and tucked away up on the shelf. Matthew will meet with you every few years to go over the information in case you have a life change; so far we have not had to use that service. I was so pleased with his work, I recommended my sister-in-law use him as her attorney to prepare her trust.
